Constitution Party of Pennsylvania State Convention - February 11, 2012
The Constitution Party of Pennsylvania held its State Convention at the Park Inn in Mechanicsburg, PA on February 11, 2012. From 10 am unil 12 pm there was an executive session held in which many topics were discussed such as: PA Ballot Access, Election of 2012 State Party Officers, and Electors and Delegates to the National Convention which will be held in Nashville, TN on April 18 - April 21, 2012.
After the executive session, we prepared for the State Convention where the official election of State Party Officers would take place. We first hear from Paul Rabanal from Life Team and then the elections took place. The following State Officers were elected to serve two year terms:
Chairman - Joe Murphy
Vice Chairman - Robert Nulton
Secretary - Donna Fike
Treasurer - Jim Clymer
Website Manager - Jody Fike
We are truly blessed to have such a great team in place to help lead the fight for freedom and liberty! After the State Convention we had a banquet in which we had 3 more speakers address us. One of the speakers was Marc Scaringi, Republican Candidate for U.S. Senate.

2012 - Is this the Year!
2012 is a key year for our Country! This is the year that America has the distinct opportunity to "Take Back America!" We can continue down the same exact path that we been on for the last 200 years or we can return our country to the original ideals and values that made our country so great. We have gone on long enough as a Country with a sub-standard government. Now, is the time for a government that can go above and beyond and actually get the job done. We have had that and we can have that again.
It is not a stretch of the imagination to think that our Country can get back on track and be the thriving country that it once was. There is a great chance that we have to choose the right candidate that will give us back our Freedoms and our Rights. This is our year to choose. So, I say to you...CHOOSE! Let us make the right decision that will put us on the Fast Track to Success.
The two major parties are gearing up for what is being called the "Election of the Century!" Well, if this is to be the tide turner, so to speak, then why not Elect a candidate from a different party. Why not elect a candidate from the Constitution Party! America needs a Third Party more than ever. The two party system is broken and has been so for the longest time. The Constitution Party has that Candidate that can Restore America.
So, in November make the right decision for the Sake of our Country. Choose the right candidate who will finally give us what we deserve...A Free America!

Where are we going?
Who honestly knows where we are heading as a country? I cannot think of any one person who knows for sure. Though the government tries to sell the American Public on how they can predict how things will go for the next 4, 8 or 12 years depending on certain legislation that is passed. I do not know where our country will be within the next few years. But what I do know is that if we, as Americans, do not turn our country around soon, we will not be the Country that we should be. We were once a Democracy. We are now moving toward a Socialist Society.
Our country has the distinct privilege in 2012 to pick its next President. The office of President of the United States is not one to take lightly. For too long we have gone on with a government that has not been for the people, of the people and by the people. So, the big question is when will this return? Will it return?
There are two Major Political Parties in this race for President of the United States. One has an incumbent who has proven unable to "Restore America" back to its original frame, and the other Party has divided itself and given any party reasons why none of the candidates are the right choice to become the next President. So the question then becomes "What do we do now?"
Well, if this country desires to have its constitution in tact once more and it desires to have the freedoms it deserves to have then the only party that can truly deliver that to the people would be the Constitution Party! The Constitution Party knows exactly where it can take this country and the people within its borders. We as a party have the plan to put our country back on track. Now, comes the time for decision! Do we continue down the path of Re-Electing Repeat Offenders or do we head down a path that can "RESTORE AMERICA" back to its true frame and give back to the people its freedoms? This is your choice as an American. But, do not wait long. Time is running out. 2012 is the year for True Change, Real Change, a change that really is more than words. It means Action!
So, let us all act in 2012 and vote for real conservatives. Let us unite together as one counttry under God, indivisible with Liberty and Justice for all! Now is the time! Let's make it happen!

State of the Union Address 2012
The President of the United States said many great things that the people want to hear. Yes, the people want to hear what is and what could be and what may be but, now let's see all of this happen. We, as Americans, have gone on long enough without seeing action. We deserve to see our government work for us and with us instead of making us work for them. There are still hundreds of thousands to millions of Americans out of work. Jobs and the economy still does not seem to be the focus of this President. The government should not be in the business of Education. They should only be in the business of protecting our country and securing our borders.
The President mentioned that the easy way to save more money is to not waste it. Well, I would say that the best way to save more money is to spend less money. Our money is being used for many things and then when the government has maxed out the "Country's Credit Card" we are the ones that end up flipping the bill to repay everything back.
The President continued on to say that we need to put half of the money saved from being not being at war towards paying off the debt. If our hard earned money would stop being used it would be so much easier to pay down and eventually pay it off completely. Americans are not just content with paying down the debt. They want it paid off. It is the best chance we all have to truly lower taxes once and for all.
We are being taxed more than we should, law upon law is being imposed and minute by minute, our rights are being infringed upon and taken away. Tax cuts are one topic of discussion that the President hit in his speech. Sure, tax cuts may differ but, we are talking about equality for all Americans. This is what America wants and deserves.
Parties play a big part in making decisions for our country. That is the first problem right there. This is where the people need to be able to have the opportunity to be back in power. We have the power, we have the rights, we have the authority! The government only represents us and our ideas. But, the question is "Do They?" I do not believe that they truly do on any level, local, state or federal.
The President goes on throughout his speech to talk about the State of our Union being strong. It is most definitely not strong enough with people out of work, constant imposition of laws restricting us as Americans, etc. This is not a strong State of the Union. But, believe me when I say that it can be strong. It will one day be strong. But, today it is not strong enough. It is not where it should and could be. This is where we, as Americans, must rise up and take upon ourselves the mantle that we have always had and push our country toward a better tomorrow. We can do it. Oh, yes we can!
The State of our Union is only as strong as we are as a country. We must unite, not as members of different parties but, as citizens of this great country, The United States of America! That is when the State of the Union will become stronger than ever and we will live in a land that flourishes. Now is the time for us to act and make things happen!

A Clear Choice?

Is there really a clear choice for President? While many might be undecided and unsure of this Country's future, there is one party that has the people in mind. That party is the Constitution Party! History has shown that the people of this great country tend to switch from one party to another as soon as they are fed up with those in office who are members of that party. While the Democrats and Republicans have made it clear that the people are not a part of their agendas, the Constitution Party has made it quite clear that the People are the Party's agenda.
So, while the nation decides between President Barack Obama or one of the four remaining Republican Candidates, take into consideration a party that is truly for the people, of the people and by the people! This to me is the clear choice that the citizens of this country could actually make.
